Hello, we currently have a spacious single room available to rent in a shared house in Cowper Street, Luton.

The room has recently been cleaned and redecorated and contains a single bed, a desk, an office chair, a tv aerial, ample storage space (including a wardrobe and chest of drawers), a shower, a fridge/freezer and some kitchen cupboard units. The room also contains a toaster, a kettle and a small oven with two hobs to provide a private cooking area.

The room is situated on the ground floor of a 7 bedroom shared house within walking distance of Luton Town centre and the University of Bedfordshire (approximately a 5-10 min walk). Luton train station is approximately a 15 min walk.

As well as the amenities within the room, the house also contains a shared kitchen, a shared living room, a downstairs toilet and two upstairs bathrooms which can be used by any of the tenants in the property.

There are parking spaces outside which are available for permit holders and non permit holders are permitted to park there for up to 2 hours at a time. There are no parking restrictions between 6pm and 8am.

We ask for a security deposit at the beginning of each tenancy, which is protected in a deposit protection scheme and returned to our tenants at the end of their tenancy agreements, providing that the room is left in a clean and good condition when you leave the property.
