Thanks for looking at our room and home which is now available from 30th April 2024.

Our lovely female lodger is moving on so we have decided to rent it out again.

We have been renting our rooms for over 10 years now and we do enjoy having people here to share our home.

We have a top floor room available with own staircase 5 minutes drive from Luton Airport.

We have a lovely house to share, we are a married professional couple in a quiet cul de sac, and there is parking within that area which is safe and secure.
There are two gardens one with a BBQ area and seating and the larger garden plus hot tub,
The other has larger space for seating and a small pub !! Don’t judge us, lockDown was long lol.
It is south facing has tables chairs swing seat and large parasol. Large interior so plenty of space for cooking and chilling out.
We require trustworthy person to share.

The area would be perfect for airport workers or airline staff.
You have Virgin TV box installed in each room and 42 inch TV, so you are able to watch your own programs in your room when your in, and your own sofa.
Super fast Virgin broadband in every room, at no extra charge all included.
close to M1 motorway and train station 5 minutes drive.
Supermarket is five minutes walk 2 minutes drive with pubs and other food chains next door so all very close.
The room is furnished with sofa and double bed with storage under the bed plus set of drawers, large new TV and stand.

Newly decorated, with nice views across the park.
Single occupancy only sorry no couples although we are happy for you to have your partner here every now and again.
Parking is available within the cal de sack so plenty of room.
We do take smokers but smoking is STRICTLY outside not in rooms or the house.

We are in no rush to fill the room, and happy to wait for the right person, Male or female, we presently have another female lodger here who has been with us for sometime .

You will need to be in full time employment and have references from your place of work. We unfortunately will not take unemployed or income support.

We are very fussy who shares our home with us and we do not just let anyone in that has no references or isn’t polite !
Students will need proof of income to be able to afford the rent.
We also have another female lodger who has been with us for couple of years, and my wife feels more comfortable with females in the house but this is not set in stone.
