THE BANKSY SUITES:
This house is finished to a high standard. Banksy art is throughout communal areas. All apartments are furnished. All furnishings are of good quality and modern design. The larger apartments may have more furnishings.

COMMUNAL AREAS:
There is a kitchen/diner plus a coffee and TV lounge area, 2 bathrooms with large showers, toilets and basins. There is a communal garden with patio.

LEISURE:
There are many restaurants, bars and clubs. Not just locally, but also in a bustling city centre and many surrounding villages and historical towns.

FITNESS and WELLBEING:
There is a sports village hosting an Olympic size pool and vast fitness and wellbeing centre called Inspire as well as a mix of local independents all offering a wide range of classes.

RECREATION:
Luton Town Football Club and Stockwood Park Golf Club are on your doorstep along with a variety of parks, open spaces and leisure gardens.

ARTS and HISTORY:
Luton holds an eclectic mix of Performing and Creative Arts in the historical Hat Factory as well as Museums and galleries to enjoy local history. A short journey to the village of Welwyn will take you back in time when Roman Baths were the social hubs for communities.

TRANSPORT:
There are 2 stations either side of the property one being in Luton Airport Parkway and the other being near Luton Town Centre. The property is in the middle so distance is the same for either. There is an extensive public transport system of buses in Luton so no shortage of cheap transport. There are many Taxi companies in Luton so Taxis are very competitive and surprisingly cheap here compared to other parts of the country

ABOUT US:
We are fully accredited and licensed by Luton Borough Council. We are members of the NR: LA (National Residential Landlords Association) and our properties are fully compliant with all fire safety precautions and UK HMO law. We are professional landlords and treat our tenants accordingly so you will be living in a safe and secure environment amongst our other tenants.

FREE unlimited WI-FI is provided as a courtesy but does not form any part of tenancy agreement’s. If Wi-Fi services are not acceptable to you then you will have to make your own alternative arrangements at your own cost. Prices of apartments are inclusive of gas, electric, water and council tax.

RESERVATION:
A reservation fee equivalent of 1 weeks rent is payable if you want to secure a room. This fee is non refundable if you fail to proceed or fail referencing as it will cover our administrative time and cost preparing contracts and referencing you. If you proceed as promised then this fee will become part of your deposit or first months rent.

SHORT TERM LETS:
A 3 month minimum break clause can be added if tenant wishes to have shorter term let but will charged as rent plus 50% Any other term can be agreed by negotiation.

*Utilities are capped at current going rate at start of contract.
