This is a lovely double room with own en-suite bathroom. Room is newly redecorated including a new carpet. Situated at the edge of the village there are many lovely walks straight from the house including Ivingoe Beacon, and the canal. There is a friendly local pub, numerous takeaways, tea room, local shop, post office, chemist and a farm shop. I am about to retire so will be away in my Motorhome some of the time. My 2 grown up children live with me (16 year old girl who is at home 50% more and 23 year old boy). We also have 2 very mild mannered 2 border collies. It’s a relaxed atmosphere,, we’re friendly, enjoy chatting when we get in and making an evening meal then often busy doing our own things.
