Homely flatshare in quiet area

Double bedroom available in homely flat in Aldermaston Wharf. The room currently has a double bed, built in wardrobe and plenty of room for underbed storage. There also is a separate cupboard in the hallway for additional things like suitcases.

I travel a lot and am looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly, who wants to be close to Reading or Thatcham but prefers to be in a quiet and green area as the flat is next to the canal and there are some lovely running/walking routes nearby.

You would be sharing with just me and all bills are split between us.

Allocated parking available, 10 mins drive to junction 12 of the M4 and direct trains into Reading (15 mins), Paddington (50 mins) and Newbury. (15 mins). The train station is just across the road, 2 mins walk.

Professionals preferred, no couples. And no pets due to the lease.
