I'm looking for a flatmate to share this lovely comfortable well looked after modern flat with.
I'm 26 and work in marketing, I've lived with my flatmate for a year but he is looking to move out so I'm looking to fill the 2nd room.
I'm out and about a lot, very easy going, sociable, clean & tidy, enjoy my fitness etc.- looking to live with someone like-minded.
The flat is lovely and I know the landlord very well - I've lived here for a year and 1/2 now.
Bills are not included - they come in at around £100 each per month (this includes gas, electric, WiFi, council tax, TV license).
The room has it's own bathroom, including bath.
The flat also has a larger double room (a little more ££) - I'm basically happy living in either.
Looking for someone to move in from 22nd June onwards.
Happy to arrange viewings etc.
