It's a beautiful area close to Windsor Great Park (10min ride), Sunningdale High Street/Station/Waitrose (10mins walk) & Sunninghill High Street (10min walk).

All bills, Wi-Fi and council tax are included and with street parking, communal kitchen and tenants' dedicated first floor with own bathroom, toilet, and large lounge with table/chairs, own fridge/freezer and log burner. The property also has been fitted with Filtered drinking water & a Water Softener. Each room has wall-mounted smart TV for Netflix/Amazon/Disney etc. Phone/Device wall chargers in every room, just bring your own cables! The house had free weights, Exercise bike & other equipment.

I am a friendly social person, who also appreciates that people require their own space too. The house is large enough to cater to socializing and privacy. I have a son who stays with me every Wednesday and every other weekend, so we are looking for friendly, relaxed people to share our home with. I am into open water swimming, cycling and running.
I have over 20 years of DBS (CRB) checks.
