The room comes with some part-time care duties for my elderly mum. You would need to have previous experience as a carer or nurse and will need to provide work as follows:
1.0 hour in the morning and 1.5 hours in the evening
6 days per week, usually Sunday to Friday with Saturdays off.
Working at another job is possible as well.
Pay will be around £10 - £15 per hour (depending on experience), so an average week will be around 15 hours = £180 to £225 per week which will more than cover your rent.
