Looking for a friendly housemate for a spacious three bed house in Crown Wood area of Bracknell, good sized double room with new furniture (new pictures to be added these are old)

Heya, I’m Becky, I’m currently looking for a new housemate to live with me and my lively 2 year old cocker spaniel. My current housemate is moving out after a year as she has a new job which is a bit too far away.

About the house; it’s a spacious open plan downstairs with downstairs bathroom, living room, conservatory, kitchen/diner and garden with decking area. The kitchen is quite large with a good sized dining table should you have people over. There’s all the plates, cooking utensils, pans etc… that you can use so no need to bring your own. You’d have some space in the fridge and a cupboard to yourself as well.

The living room is also very spacious with smart TV and logged into various apps such as Prime Video, Now TV and Netflix which you'd be welcome to use. There's also a conservatory which is a great place to sit in summer or winter and just watch the world go by surrounded by lots of plants and also has underfloor heating, perfect for winter months to wrap up with a glass of wine and blanket in there with a good book. The garden is a bit of a project at the moment but is still lovely to sit in and relax.

Upstairs we have my room, a spare "box" room with bed a tv (welcome to use if friends are ever staying) and what will be your room. The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, bed, drawers & tv. You're welcome to customise things are much as you want and happy for it to be repainted as long as any holes from pictures etc... or bright colours are put back to as is should you decide to move out.

The upstairs bathroom is shared and has all the usual things you'd expect.

Practicalities - bills include: broadband, gas, electric, water and council tax. Bills may be subject to review depending on useage of water and other utilities if a large increase is seen.

Broadband is with plusnet, good connection and quick speed.

Private area is the double bedroom for let, all other areas are shared. There is no ensuite for the spareroom.

Minimum term ideally 3 months, will be standard lodgers agreement however with 1 months notice required from either party.

I am a very tidy person and don't have a cleaner so whilst I will do a weekly deep clean of communal areas, please tidy up after yourself and don't leave mess in joint areas.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with great transport links including regular buses, Martins Heron and Bracknell Train stations nearby, both on Waterloo line & close links to M3 & M4. It's also a short drive to Reading for the quick train to Paddington and close to Maidenhead for when Cross Rail comes into effect.

There are also various local pubs and shops in walking distance. Bracknell Lexicon is 25 minute walk or short drive away for a wide arrange of restaurants and shops.

About me: I own the property, it's just myself and my young cocker spaniel living in the house, so must like dogs, he's very friendly and loving but can be a bit exuberant at times and is best to keep shoes off the floor as he does like to hide them. My boyfriend does also stay in the house from time to time although I am at his a lot.

Ideally would like a friendly young professional who is happy to spend occasional time together as housemates whilst respecting each others space. I am very friendly and would like someone who is more of a friend than a stranger, that said, I do also like my own space and time to unwind.
I am generally not really in the house and am out and about seeing friends and family or on long walks with my dog but love the occasional lazy night in snuggled up watching tv or reading. Have a bit of an obsession with plants (house is full of them). Do sometimes have friends over but generally not a late thing and would of course be respectful of other people in the house.

No deposit required but would expect for any damage to be paid for and holes from pictures etc... to be made good of before moving out.
