For rent Monday to Friday - A large comfortable double bedroom with modern ensuite in a family home. Separate off-street parking available. Shared kitchen dining area.

We are a family of 5 - mother & father and 3 boys aged 17, 7 & 8 and a well behaved, friendly dog, who have a spare bedroom available to rent from September 2024.

We are in a semi rural location, so while only a short (12min) drive to junction 12 M4 (or AWE) and large supermarket and shopping, a car will be essential. It is possible to walk to our local village shop across fields, which is very pleasant and takes about 15 mins.

Very lovely and friendly local pubs nearby - within 5 mins drive - that serve delicious food and are very popular with locals and those that travel to from further afar (it is also possible to walk across the fields to the pub, 40 mins or so).

The rent of £800pcm is for Monday to Friday only rental. (This would ideally be the lodger arriving on a Monday evening and departing Friday morning). No WFH please.

The bedroom is fully furnished.

We are a polite and respectful, busy, family - who would be happy to share their home with a likeminded kind, respectful person, who enjoys their privacy & own space and leads an independent busy life outside the home.

All bills including housekeeping (weekly cleaner, towels, linens) included. A washing machine is not available for use.
