I'm looking for an easy-going, reasonably sociable housemate to rent a spacious, furnished double room in Burghclere (10 minutes from Newbury town centre and transport links, with quiet, peaceful village surrounds).
I work long hours in the week and I play a lot of sport in the evening but when at home I'm happy to share the living room and kitchen area. I occassionally work from home and am away on business once or twice per month.
I have two cats and I occassionally dog sit for a friendly labrador so you'll need to be comfortable with affectionate pets.
Ideally i'm looking for a week days-only housemate but I'd be willing to consider 7 days a week for the right person/couple.
The house is a 19th Centure period property, fully modernised with plenty of space both in the spare bedroom and other rooms.
Shed available for bikes, and Broadband and TV points throughout the house.
