I have 2 double rooms available to rent in a modern well equipped 3 bedroom semi-detached property located on a no through road.
Currently I have one very clean and tidy professional lodger of 3 years who works at AWE. I work away 90% of the time and spend time at my holiday home so will rarely be home.

The house is immaculate, it has a huge kitchen/diner and has a fantastic garden with patio. There is a shared bathroom and a recently refitted cloakroom toilet.

The property is within easy access to M4, M3, Reading, Basingstoke, Bracknell, Newbury and Heathrow. It is only 10 mins away from AWE. It is only a 3 min walk to the bus stop and 15 mins into Reading. There is a great local gym and swimming pool just across the road. The village has all local amenities and a few takeaways to.
Both rooms have queen-size double beds and triple wardrobes., Also 2 x bedside cabinets and a fitted mirror. The carpet is a lush thick cream carpet. I have recently had new carpets fitted on the stairs and landing.
There will be a cleaner twice monthly to ensure the communal areas are kept on top off.
There are 2 parking spaces on the drive and free barking bays.
All bills and internet included.
