The room to rent is In a lovely detached 4 bedroom home. The double room is a spacious room which is on the first floor with a large private back-garden facing window.
In the house is an attractive kitchen with all mod cons, a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and a large comfortable living room and dining room. There is both a front and back garden which you are welcome to use.
In the house is the female land-lady - of retired age who is a fun and active lady and a very nice man in his 40s who tends to stay in the house only 4 nights per week Also another middle aged professional lady. There is also a gorgeous brown medium sized dog who is calm, quiet and friendly.
The street is a small and quiet with free street parking.
This property would suit a quiet but friendly working non-smoker. We must stress you must not smoke at all.
All bills are included with the exception of an extra £5 per week which goes towards paying the cleaner.
The house is a 7 minute walk to the high street and nearby large supermarkets. Bus stops are just a few minutes walk and Taplow and Burnham train stations are a 15 to 20 minute walk respectively.
