Newly decorated, bright and airy room available in a quiet friendly house, for a midweek let for a professional.
I have one small (almost) non moulting dog, so animal lovers preferred. I have specified `no smokers` but this is not a deal breaker, though strictly outside.
Street parking is available and close to number 24, 23 bus routes. Reading station walkable in 30 - 35 minutes.
The conservatory/ kitchen is the communal area and looks over a beautiful secluded garden and beyond.

It would be amazing to find a vegetarian or vegan to take the room but as this is unlikely some one who will not be bringing meat into the house.

As I am planning to move house soon I can only commit to 3 months.

£400 is for 4 nights.
£450 for 5 nights
