- £695 per month for couples. £550 per month for a single person. Small pets such as lizards, snakes, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits etc welcome (provided they are kept in your bedroom or outside and well looked after) but we cannot accept dogs or cats.

- Furnished room with solid oak king sized bed, large double wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of draws.

- Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Living room has a large sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, we like cooking so we have all the gadgets! Property also has a downstairs toilet. There is a garden with a barbecue and some shed space.

- Street parking available.

- House is situated on the edge of picturesque countryside, plenty of places to go for walks or bike rides. It is about 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from Crowthorne high street, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants including Lidl and Co-op. About 4-5 minutes drive to Crowthorne train station.

- We are looking for a working person who is clean and friendly and doesn’t mind chipping in with keeping the house tidy. Hope to hear from you soon!
