Single bedroom in modern home with own bathroom

A single bedroom in the house is vacant and available. Part of a family home where two children (11 & 13) live for part of the week with me (father). I'm also out / away quite a bit, so you'd have it to yourself! There is a large closet in the hallway available for use and I am happy to furnish as requested. Full Virgin media/Sky TV and superfast broadband included. Parking on the driveway, plus full use of kitchen, washing machine, dining room. I am happy to offer a short trial period if that suits. The right person will enjoy living with us and will quickly be made to feel very much at home! Happy to answer any queries. The previous female lodger (with us for a year) will happily chat to you about life with the Gores - good and bad, no doubt!!
ps. I do have an extremely loving and gentle dog (mid size).
Please note that this is FEMALE only, simply because my daughter has not felt comfortable sharing her home with men. As stated above, I will happily pass on contact details for our most recent female lodger and you will have sole use of your bathroom.
