We are a friendly Christian family who enjoy welcoming guests into our home. We like the great outdoors, so this is where we spend most of our time. The room to rent is a large double bedroom located on the second floor and benefits from shared ensuite and family bathroom.

It comes with a comfortable double bed, built in wardrobes and storage, desk, large screen TV (Including Netflix and Amazon prime) and ultrafast WIFI. There is secure storage for bikes in double garage and space for parking in the immediate neighbourhood.

The house is located in a Quiet Cul-de-sac in Crowthorne, situated 5 mins walk from Crowthorne High street (including; supermarkets, garage, chemists, doctors, dentist, banks, pubs, hair salons and restaurants). 1 mile from the railway station on the Reading (15mins journey) to Gatwick (1hour journey) Express line. Providing onward access to London via Queen Elizabeth line (26mins)

Regular buses run to both Bracknell and Camberley from a bus stop, 3 mins walk away.

For the more energetic the beautiful Swinley Forest lends itself to some excellent mountain bike, running and walking routes.
