Lovely light and airy room in a quiet cul de sac

A light and airy room in a pleasant Crowthorne cul de sac is now available. The house is wireless broadband enabled, Freesat TV is installed in the room and the bed has a brand new Sleepeezee pocket sprung mattress. We have recently changed the TV shown in the picture for a newer one with a larger screen. There is a patio area in the rear garden under a pergola for relaxed summer afternoons reading etc.

We are a friendly professional couple in our 50's and always make reasonable adjustments to tailor the room to suit our lodger. We like to to keep active and enjoy walking, cycling and going to the gym. We have a wide range of interests including music, literature and science.

Generally speaking we have a strong preference for a Monday to Friday agreement but we would also welcome hearing from anyone who needs a room for only part of the month such as long haul cabin crew.

Access to both the M3 and M4 is very straightforward.
Crowthorne high street is within 10 minutes walk with a good range of shops; 2 smaller supermarkets and a library. There are open spaces including woodland and heathland nearby. Crowthorne Station is about 15 minutes walk away. Trains to Reading take around 15 minutes and trains to Guildford take 30 minutes. Buses run from the village to Bracknell and to The Meadows and on to Camberley. The centre of Bracknell is approximately 5 miles and 15 minutes away by car.
