House in the centre of Kingsclere

I am moving into a house in the centre of Kingsclere, though with three bedrooms it's a bit big for just me, so I am looking for someone to share.

As you will see from the pictures, the place is charming with lots of period features, good proportions and plenty of storage. The ground floor has two large reception rooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and second loo. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one en-suite, and family bathroom with a separate loo. The third bedroom would likely be used for guests or storage, though we could discuss finding a third housemate. Outside, there is a lovely south-facing patio garden with access to a car park.
I am 25 and moved to the area from London just over a year ago for work. I spend most weekends in and around London though I am at home most evenings. I am clean and tidy and enjoy reading, writing, cooking, watching films and visiting galleries and museums or socialising.
