Single room offered within my family home

I live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house and I am offering a single room within my family home . The room is furnished with a single bed with underneath draw storage , chest of draws , a bedside cabinet and lamp , plus a large Ikea mirrored wardrobe with combination shelving and hanging rails . The bedroom also has a Ariel point available plus WiFi for your convenience . I will also be offering the use of my kitchen facilities ( fridge , freezer and cupboard space ). I have a washing machine available for your weekly use and have a large garden with a seating area so smokers are able to access this area ( no smoking in the home is permitted ) . The shared bathroom has a bath / shower for use . I have a cat who is very well behaved and quiet so won’t bother you . The shared available spaces downstairs outside of the kitchen and garden area is the dining room and the living room . Room available.
