The house is located very close to Langley road in a new development which was completed end of December 2014. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 12,11 and 3. We are very friendly, approachable and easy going. We are very clean and keep the house in mint condition. The room is very stunning which has a single bed with a pull out bed which can be converted into a double bed as well. The house has three floors with independent kitchen on ground floor, living room and a double bedroom on first floor with a bathroom. The top floor has two double beds with ensuite bathroom and the family will be staying there!! The room comes with fitted wardrobe fully furnished.

The Tenant

We are looking for a flatmate who is easy going, clean and working professional. The tenant must be mindful that there are two little children who are disciplined but the person must be understanding and can adapt in a family home with kids.

£5000 P/M plus £50 for bills, wifi internet and council tax.
