Maidenhead town centre is eight minutes walk away, Maidenhead mainline station is 15 minutes walk away. COOK shop across the road, Italian Continental Store round the corner.
Easy access to both M4 and M40 motorways.

Would suit a quiet, friendly professional person who appreciates her own space.
No TV in the house. Wi-Fi is available.

I am a retired professional, away for around two/three months each year so lodger would have sole use of the maisonette during this time. At other times we share a living–dining room, bathroom with shower, kitchen, enclosed garden.. Off-road parking space is available in front of my garage door, but some cooperation would be required to use it.

Might consider a pet, possibly an indoor cat, but not suitable for a dog considering the maisonette is on first floor.

My dietary preference is vegetarian, but lodger doesn't necessarily have to be vegetarian.

I speaks English, Italian, Croatian and a little Spanish and would welcome a lodger who speak any of these languages.

My interests include family, friendships, dancing, walking and spiritual awareness exploration.
