Who are we looking for?
- A clean and tidy professional man or woman
- 7 day let at £675/month, with option for Monday to Friday let
- Rent paid upfront each month i. e. pay for the month you are about to stay in

When:
- Room available from November 2023

- New small double bed with very comfy mattress
- Plenty of storage space, hanging, draws, shelves and under the bed. Option to store things in loft if additional storage space required
- Fortnightly cleaner included

- Newly laid wooden floor with cosy rug
- Window overlooking garden at back of house

The house:
- Victorian house, lots of character and cosy cottage feel, all newly decorated
- Kitchen is shared, will arrange for you to have your own cupboard space
- Bathroom is shared, high water pressure (although we do have an en suite in our bedroom)
- Living room shared
- Dining room shared
- Garden shared
- Nest smart central heating and hot water system

The area:
- Parking is free on the street outside (does not require permit)
- 10 min walk to train station, closer to town centre
- Less than 10 mins drive to M4, also close to M40
- 20 minutes drive to Heathrow airport
- Quiet street, house backs onto a retirement home.
