We have a single room available to rent , from OCTOBER 1st, in a shared house. We have a large living space and a garden. There are currently 4 of us in the house and we are looking for someone clean and friendly to join us. The house is a short walk to Maidenhead train station and town centre. (15mins to station) The room is furnished with a single bed but the last occupant fitted in a double. We also have a cat. The house has one bathroom and a small downstairs toilet. Electricity, gas and water are separate to the price and these come every 3/4 months.
