1 double plus adjacent single room to rent as pair

Currently living in a four bedroom house in the centre of Maidenhead and looking for a new housemate due to someone mov bying out. The price of £675 includes 2 rooms, a double room (contains wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a single bed) and single unfurnished room that come as a pair, all bills and WiFi included (will only vary if usage goes up).

There are 2 housemates here currently, myself 26 male and my cousin 29 male. We have been living here for over 2 years since moving from Poland. The house is spacious with big kitchen and lounge and also has a garage which we have converted ASA into a home gym which you're welcome to use. The house also has a fully enclosed garden with deck ( could be used as smoking area) and 2 parking spaces inside gated area.

There are 2 full bathrooms (one being my ensuite) so the top floor bathroom will only be shared between yourself and one other person. For any more questions please enquire! Room available from 28th of June.
