It is recently refurbished and will suit a single professional female lodger, on a short term or long term basis. Minimum rent period is three months.

*Parking: Street parking, which is free.

*Walk to the Maidenhead station (Elizabeth Line and GWR): one mile, around 15 minutes' walk through town.

* Drive to Heathrow: 15-17 minutes

* Walk to the river Thames: 15 minutes

*Shopping: corner shop 3 minutes' walk away; Sainsbury's about 10 minutes' walk away.

The property contains a fully refurbished studio with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower and a washer-dryer.

The studio is small and not suitable for working from home. We are looking for a professional female lodger who appreciates her own space and is looking for a quiet, safe environment.
