Double Room available with Private Bathroom

Hello!

I have a double room available (with private bathroom) in a recently built 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a very small apartment block in Maidenhead.

Less than 1 mile from Maidenhead station, and 3 mins walk to Furze Platt station for trains to Cookham/Marlow and London (there are direct trains to London on weekday mornings, otherwise a quick change at Maidenhead).

You would be sharing the flat with myself and my girlfriend, and our rather playful 2 year-old cat. So if you're not into having a cat hanging off your sock in the morning, this might not be the place for you!
We're slightly better behaved than the cat (we won't touch your socks)... We're very easy to live with, quite happy to get on with our own stuff, but also hope to find a flatmate who's up for the occasional night out or movie in.

The room is furnished with a double divan bed with 2 large drawers, a large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk with chair and small bedside drawers. There is a TV point in the room. All other furniture/bedding shown in the photos is not remaining.
The room also comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom (with bath & shower), which is directly opposite the bedroom.

There is a large living room with kitchen/dining area. Living room has a projector (instead of TV), with Sky, Playstation etc.

Due to issues with the small car park and limited visitor spaces, we are only looking for a flatmate who doesn't require dedicated parking. Sorry about that! There are however lots of places to park for free on the streets around the flats (our current flatmate hasn't had any problems finding parking).
