Lovely private bed/sitting room with en-suite bathroom and own entrance. The room is furnished with a good quality double divan bed with 2 drawers, bedside cabinet with reading light, 2 comfy lounge chairs, a small dining set, a 32" tv with a comprehensive TV package incl Sky Sports, fast fibre broadband, a small fridge freezer, microwave & kettle, cutlery and a chest of drawers.

Between the room and bathroom is a walk-in open wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with shower, wc, basin, towel radiator and mirror cabinet with a shaving socket/ toothbrush charger.

Adjoining the room is a utility area which is the only shared space in the house. The utility has a 2 plate hob, and mini oven, toaster, washing machine and 3 cabinets for the sole use of the lodger There is also a sink and tumbledrier which are shared.

The main room has a pair of French doors leading to the rear garden and there is parking on the property as well as storage for a bicycle.

Rent includes all utility bills but not contents insurance for the lodgers possessions. We are 2.3 miles from Maidenhead station.

Our preference would be for a professional employed female who is clean and tidy and would like some privacy.
