Please note: This is not just a room in a house, this is a complete house share. You will get the use of the whole house and treat it like your very own home. The rent includes the bills for...gas/electric/water/council tax/tv licence/internet...and they are split completely fairly down the middle between the two tenants. The rent is £500 and the bills are on top so what they come to is the additional needed to pay. It is approximately £150 for the bills per person, but you pay only to what they come to, and this is organised between yourselves who live there.
