We have a double room available in a shared house.
Most have been long term tenants (1 couple and two single males) , as always we like to promote the simple but important things, like to keep things nice, clean and tidy. The house is a 10min walk north for om the town centre and the languages spoken in the house are English and Romainian. The landlord lives locally and is able to address any issues swiftly.
Room is currently being re decorated and re carpeted and will be available from 26th August. Single occupancy rent is £450, double occupancy is £500.
