Fully furnished double bedroom in smart home

I recently bought my four bedroom house and I am looking for a tenant or two.

About the house:

- 6 or 7 minute walk to Newbury station
- Steps away from climbing centre and Pure Gym
- Close to Sainsburys and race course
- 15 minute walk to town centre
- Off road parking available and there's a dedicated parking spot for one car (I currently don't have a car)
- Includes a garden with fire pit
- You would have your own bathroom

I'm looking for a M-F renter. Bills included (council tax, water, energy + WIFI).

I am a live in landlord and I have just bought a beagle (3 months old) so must love dogs. He is very cute and friendly.

I typically go to the office (Reading or London Bridge) 2-3 days / week either all day or half day. I am seeking someone who works outside the home preferably or HYBRID 2/3 days at the office.

Short term renters welcome. Also open to someone keen to puts some roots down for a bit.

In my spare time: do yoga, walks with Atlas the beagle, cooking, quiz night, pickleball etc.
