This is a comfortable furnished double room in a large, modern, peaceful home. The room has an en-suite with a digital Aqualisa shower, toilet and large handbasin. There is a double bed with new mattress, large fitted wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, desk and chair. A chest of drawers is available if needed.
The kitchen is shared, and at one end of it there is a sofa/dining area for the lodger's use.(See the photo in the photo gallery.). Landlady has a job with hybrid working so is sometimes working from home. Lodger can use their room or dining area for homeworking if they need to
It is a 20 minute walk to town centre shops, 15 to the train station/Vodafone bus, and an easy walk to countryside and the canal.
The room is available 7 days a week. The house has WiFi. There are no pets and it is a no smoking household.
There is off street parking in this friendly, quiet cul-de-sac, also nearby is a local corner shop, and it's a short drive/walk to Co-op or Sainsbury's.
I'm looking for a professional female lodger who is friendly and honest, for 3 months plus.
