It's close to local shops and restaurants, on the bus route to Reading and Wokingham, 10 mins walking distance to Whiteknights campus of Reading University, 15 mins walking distance to Royal Berkshire hospital, 20 mins walking distance to central Reading, and 5 mins drive to J11 on the M4..

The room contains a single day bed plus trundle bed (which could be combined to make one large double); 3 door wardrobe; desk and chair TV and digital boxes available if required. Fast wifi included Shared sparkling new bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels provided if required.

You will have the use of the newly installed kitchen (with cooker, microwave, I fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher); dining room, and my lovely garden and patio. There is off road parking for 1 car, plus unrestricted parking on the road.

Monday to Friday let (or other flexible arrangement including less than 5 weekdays). Rental includes all bills and is on the basis that you are registered elsewhere for Council Tax.
