The rooms are unfurnished, so you will need to provide your own bed and wardrobe facilities.

Shared shower facilities + large fully equipped kitchens and communal spaces..

Private car parking available.

There are two floors, with 8 bedrooms on each floor.

We are a Property Guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
If you are self-employed you will need to provide a guarantor.
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A reference

Initial payment= one month’s rent+ one month’s damage security payment (deposit)
