We have a very spacious double room available in a 5 bedroomed house share in Russell Street, Reading.

The room is large and at the back of the house. It has fitted wardrobes with mirrors and a double bed, bedside cabinet and large chest of drawers as well as a desk and chair.

There are two en-suites in the house so only 3 people share the newly refurbished shower room with shower, handbasin and toilet. There is also an upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom; both with toilet and hand basin.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Reading town centre, and 15 minutes from the train station. London Paddington is a 30 minute train journey.

All bills, including Wi-fi throughout the house, are included in the price, along with a cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.

The house has gas central heating and double glazed windows.

Communal areas include a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room, and a comfortable separate lounge leading to a conservatory and then, through patio doors, to decking overlooking the garden.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher and two fridge/freezers. There is plenty of cupboard and worktop space. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, and has a flat screen TV. The conservatory is also furnished with seating for five people.

The house is furnished to a high specification, great if you are a professional looking for a lovely and clean place to live with considerate people.
