We have 1 available room in our 4-bedroom house.

The ROOM

- Rent: £ 345 (bills not included, please check below)
- Deposit: £ 390
- Available from the 1st of April
- Cozy room, completely furnished and perfect for students
- Includes desk, double bed, wardrobe, window facing our shared terrace, bedside table

The HOUSE

- it's a 4 floor house with 4 bedrooms, living room, large furnished kitchen, 2 bathrooms, outdoor terrace with table, chairs and BBQ
- Located in a central position, 5 minutes walk from the Oracle centre, 3 minutes walk from Broad St and 10 mins far from Central train station
- Sainsbury, Poundland, Tesco Express nearby

BILLS

- Total monthly cost is around £ 90 per person (it could be less in summer but electricity is what it is at the moment)
- Includes: electricity, gas, water&waste, broadband, TV license, council tax

Current Tenants

- The 3 of us work in different areas and some of us have lived in the house for around 2/2.5 years
- We speak English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, if that's a useful info
- We are open-minded and our only concern is finding a clean and tidy person who knows the basic rules of house sharing and use common sense

Viewings

I am currently working from home so I am available for viewings at any time any day.
It would be better in the afternoon but if you are free only in the morning, no problem, we can arrange it anyways.

If you live far from Reading, we can arrange a video viewing and perhaps a video call to have a quick chat and get to know each other.
