I am looking for a house mate to join me in a spacious three bedroom property. It's the largest room that'd you'd be taking. It's a really good size with plenty of space for a king size bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk.
The rent is £600 pound per month with bills on top. The pictures posted for this add are from a previous advert I found online, they honestly don't do the place justice and I really recommend coming for a viewing if interested.
The room comes unfinished. The contract for the house allows for 1 dog so pets welcome! The current tenant is due to leave on the 8th of July but they can leave a bit earlier if needed.
