Our tenants enjoy an excellent standard of living because we maintain our houses well and carefully recruit new housemates. If you become our tenant, you will have a lovely, restful home to live in and great housemates to spend time with as you want. This house is in a great location in Caversham, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Reading. It's on a safe, quiet road with easy parking (including some off road spaces) and everything you need nearby:- Waitrose, Co-op and other local amenities are a short walk away, a regular bus service runs into town every few minutes.

We are searching for a new house mate to join a group of like-minded young professionals in this top quality house share.

The room, which is available from November 3rd, is a very large double on the ground floor with french doors opening onto a private patio in the back garden. It's fully furnished including an ottoman storage bed, high quality mattress, bedside drawer unit, wardrobe, large shelving unit, large chest of drawers and a TV point delivering both Freesat and Freeview. Virgin's highest speed broadband (200Mb/sec) is included and delivered wirelessly throughout the house.

Please note that all our rooms are for single occupancy only (but visitors are no problem).

The en suite bathroom is finished to the same high quality as the room and it receives mains pressure hot water so that you're guaranteed to receive a great shower every time.

The lovely, spacious living area has patio doors opening onto the well-maintained garden and patio with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including two ovens, 6-burner hob, dishwasher and two fridge/freezers. Every house mate has their own fridge space and their own kitchen cupboard.

Modern, high quality laundry facilities (both washing machine and tumble dryer) are also provided for use at really reasonable rates (only £1 for a standard wash).

A wall-mounted 42" SMART TV is set up in the lounge and linked to a Blu-ray/DVD player, with space to add your own devices or consoles.

The rear garden is private and spacious with a table and chairs on the patio, a rotary clothes line and even a vegetable plot!

At the front, the drive can accommodate 2-3 cars and there's plenty of on-street parking right outside with no need for a permit. A secure bicycle store is also provided so that tenants can safely store their bikes.

The location is within easy reach of all the main business centres and the M4. Here's a summary covering the shops, amenities and transport options:

The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, TV license, utilities, broadband, etc.) plus a weekly cleaner (for all communal areas and bathrooms) and regular gardener.

We actively manage all of our houses to keep them up to spec and we're always on-call to sort out any issues as quickly as possible.

Our fees are much lower than most professional letting services: just £30 on moving in and £50 on moving out.
