We have a well presented one bedroom furnished annexe which is perfect for professionals as it offers easy access to the town centre, train station, and M4. The annexe offers a kitchen with all the amenities including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. Double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a lounge/dining room, bathroom with shower. There is also ample storage, and all furnished, with parking spaces on the drive, enough for 2 cars. You have your own patio area and washing line in the garden, and can enjoy the garden as much as you like, it's very quiet and large enough.
We are looking for a professional/couple who will treat the annexe as their own. We are sorry but unable to accept pets and smoker/s, unless you are prepared to smoke outside.
We live in the house attached, but you will be self contained with front and back access, and we do not intrude. The price includes all bills. I occasional bake, so if you enjoy a free homemade slice of victoria sponge then the annexe is for you :).
