The communal areas in the house are a large, well equipped kitchen/breakfast room, and a comfortable separate lounge with two sofas and a new flat screened TV.

There is a new communal shower room with a separate upstairs toilet, as well as a downstairs cloakroom.
The house has gas central heating and a garden laid to lawn with a patio area.

There is off road parking for 4 cars and two parking permits available.
