The property is normally unfurnished, but a single bed is available to you and the kitchen and living room are fully equipped/furnished.
Regarding the house, as you can see, you will have a great big kitchen, a living room, a modern bathroom and a study room or second living room (yet to furnish). There is also a good size garden for the occasional BBQ.
The street has free parking, easy access to town via buses (17 running all night) corner shops and a big Tesco not far. It is a quiet area. The house is quiet as well, as three professionals, we take pride in a well-maintained property, and are very respectful of not disturbing each other, yet having friendly times together around a tasty meal.
