This lovely small single room is very clean and is light and tidy. It has a single bed, wardrobe and 2 small chest of drawers. Its a friendly house sharing with other working professionals. It has all the usual mod cons.
The house is presented to a very good standard and there is a weekly cleaner (additional £25 monthly). The kitchen/diner is large with washer, dryer and lots of cupboard space and also has a dining table and chairs. The communal lounge is a lovely peaceful place to relax with a 2 sofas and has a large flat screen tv.
There is a pretty paved rear garden with table and chairs. There is also a block paved drive with off street parking.
