The environment is generally quiet, with occasional activity during the child's Minecraft play before 7 pm. Residents often enjoy leisure swimming on weekends. The property includes two allocated parking spaces in addition to street parking. The current tenants, including the landlady, are of African descent; however, we welcome applicants from all ethnicities and nationalities. We appreciate short term guests on nightly rate of £40 and £55 for a couple. Also, weekly rate for couples is £250 p/w inclusive of bills.
