Nice large room to rent in Sunningdale (Silwood)

Hey there, I am Marco. I am searching for a flatmate to share a house (I am already living in there since 2014) in Sunningdale (SL50PY). I have been living with males flatmates for long time and now I would like a female one, usually much more tidy and clean (I am a tidy, clean and fun person :-) ). The house is quite big with a large living room, a bathroom, a small but confy kitchen (I am italian and for me a good kitchen is essential, and this one is quite good), a small garden and two large double room. Your room will be upstairs, so you will have a quiet room. Room to rent has a double bed, a small desk with a tv, a wardrobe and two windows. The house is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a small room to use as a food storage room. Rent is 400 a month excluding bills, but they are not expensive, usually no more than 100 pounds a month and we have fast internet. The house is near a little (but very nice) coffee shop, a small food shop, there is fish and chips as well. I am a researcher at Silwood Park Campus (Imperial College London), I study paleontology. Campus is very close (like 2 minute wakl), and we do a lot of fun activities and it is very pretty for walking/sport. Windsor Great Park and Virginia Water Park are at walkable distance and paradise if you like cycling or running. I love cooking, especially italian food, and making comunal meal :-)
