Sunny room in flat near the station

The lounge is shared and includes a small dining area

Dog-lover needed to share my lovely first floor flat which is a few minutes' walk from Thatcham train station and has its own parking space.

I have a small, friendly but sometimes noisy pup, so you must love dogs.

All bills are included and the room is furnished with a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, cupboard and chest of drawers.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with me and the flat is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There’s a shop and a pub within short walking distance, and bus stops nearby.

Meals and laundry are not included, and you’ll need to clean up after yourself and empty the bin please.

I'm not a neat freak so if the odd mug lying around upsets you this isn't the home for you.

No hoards of visitors, no smoking or vaping in the house and no noise after 11pm please.

I’m ideally looking for someone who works 9-5 or thereabouts / is out during the day as I work from home.

Agreement would be for 6 months max initially but if we get on well I’m open to extending that to a year or beyond.
