Furnished with double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Very good storage space. For those who like privacy, the room feels quite separate from the rest of the house as it is in the loft.
Ensuite with shower and toilet.
Access to the kitchen but not living room.

Quiet, family house. Currently householders are a couple with 2 children (5 and 2) and a cat (which doesn't go into the loft).
Garden (which gets lovely sun). Parking easily available on street). Wifi and other bills included.

The home is located in Wargrave, which a is small friendly village close to Henley and the Thames river. Amenities include a small shop, 3 pubs, 3 cafes and a couple of barbers. Easy access to countryside and woods, with excellent cycling and walking routes, as well as country pubs and cafes. Playing fields and tennis courts 2 mins walk away.
Train station, with links to London and Reading via Twyford is, 10 mins walk away. Easy 10 mins drive to M4 junction 8/9 via A404 (which also connects to High Wycombe and M40). Bus to Reading takes 30 mins. Easy drive into Reading (15 mins to Royal Berks Hospital)
No couples please, and the home is non-smoking. Not suitable for working from home.
