Tudor House offers accommodation of fourteen (14) rooms for single occupation. It is a large property, set in its own grounds, which provides for ample off road car parking. It is ideally situated in White Waltham, Maidenhead, for transport links including A4, M4, M25 and M40. The communal lounge measures 16 metres and has full Sky TV. Also included is super fast broadband.

The communal areas of the property are cleaned twice a week by a professional cleaner and the grounds are managed by a contract gardener. The large communal kitchen is fitted with stainless steel furniture, easy clean walls, and large double sinks. Each tenant has use of fridge and freezer. There is a separate laundry room.

There is a comprehensive fire detection system, including smoke detectors, call point boxes and fire extinguishers.

All double rooms to rent are for single occupancy.

Guarantors and references may be required. A non refundable room reservation fee of £200 may be required, which on taking the room can be put towards first month rent or deposit.
