We have a lovely single room available to rent from the 11th August in a lovely recently refurbished house. Current housemates are friendly, working professionals and all get on well together while respecting each other's personal space, and we are looking for similar person to fill this vacancy

The bedroom is fully furnished and recently decorated and is bright and airy. The rent is inclusive of all bills for electricity, gas, water, TV license, broadband and council tax. The price also includes weekly cleaning of shared living space and bathrooms as well as a gardener to keep the garden looking great.

We use a one key system and your key opens the front door and your bedroom only.
This is a no smoking house, but it is permitted in the rear garden.
