Fun, modern, equestrian based rural accommodation

My house is based within a gated equestrian/farm complex and offers a taste of country living whilst being close to transport links and Wokingham town centre.
The property is a large newly built two bedroom property with all mod cons.
Parking available for up to two vehicles and the property is secured behind electric gates.
I am a bubbly country girl who is hugely social and has a great sense of humour, the let wouldnt be suited to somebody whom doesn’t like animals as I have two small pugs named Colin and Wilfred and the house is in very close proximity to the stables.
I run the stables as my business and therefore the tenant would have to be happy with my clients being around the yard early in the morning in competition season.
It is a very social place to live and I am very easy going.
I have a cleaner once a week that will clean your room and change your bed linen should you wish at no additional cost.
Would be happy to offer stabling in required by separate negotiation should my new lodger have a horse.
I don’t mind a male or a female but somebody laid back with a good sense of humour is a must! I don’t mind a smoker, I smoke and on occasion in the kitchen.
Drama and high maintenance people need not apply.
Perfect person would be a country DIY bod that can help out with yard maintenance, vehicles etc and happy to reduce rent in return for help with the above.
