Seeking a female professional to share my lovely modern 2 bedroom home. The house was newly built 4 years ago on a new development site, in a cul-de-sac residential area.
It has easy access to some beautiful woodlands for walks on your doorstep. It is a 5 minute drive away from Wokingham town centre or 20 minute walk and 10 minutes drive away from the train station. Also close to the A329 & M4 for easy commuting.

Wokingham has some lovely shops, cinema, bars & restaurants to enjoy. Alternatively Bracknell Lexicon is 10 minutes drive away for a spot of retail therapy and Reading town centre is 20 minutes away.

The bedroom available is a lovely bright and spacious, furnished double room with a off road parking space, directly outside the house.

The photos currently show a day bed pulled out as a Queen bed in the bedroom but can be changed if required. You are also very welcome to bring your own bed/ drawers if you would like to make the room feel more your own.

The room can easily fit a double bed and bedside tables.
